How do I export my log?

Open Settings, then tap Export all entries. You get a CSV file with every entry.

How do I delete everything?

Delete the app. Your log is only stored on your phone.

What happens when I get a new phone?

Your log moves with your phone backup (iCloud or a computer) when you set up the new phone from it. There is no separate account or sync.
